How Does it Work?
File Access/Sharing
You are not required to own QuickBooks® or Quicken® in order to outsource your bookkeeping to us. We will set up and maintain a file in our system for your company(ies).
Prefer to keep the file in your system? No problem! We offer various remote/virtual access solutions to have access to your file while you or your staff still have control of your file.
Data Submittal/Download
You may provide us with the data utilizing various methods.
Fax to our confidential e-fax (arrives confidentially to our email).
E-mail PDF files.
Data download from your financial institution. You provide us with downloaded files or we download ourselves. Works well with after-the-factbookkeeping subscribers.
Online Banking – Some banks provide customers with a read-only login specifically for accountants and bookkeepers, thus eliminating the search and manual submittal of data. Especially beneficial to full-charge and after-the-fact bookkeeping subscribers since we work on your file on a regular basis.
