We offer QuickBooks file setup for startups of businesses converting from a different system to QuickBooks, even if all you have is a shoebox of receipts. We offer training to business owners and/or staff to ease the transition into the new system.
Basic Setup - A one-time flat fee will get you started with your own QuickBooks file. Provided remotely only. Training is not included but can be added at an additional fee.
Advanced Setup - Beyond the basics, at an hourly fee, it includes payroll setup, sales tax setup, inventory setup, form customization and more. Appointment is required. Training is included while and after setting up file.

Training
On-Site Training - One-on-one private training is held at the location of your choice (our office or yours; your laptop or ours) with your own QuickBooks file and data. Training is customized to your specific needs, industry, and desired results. There is a 2-hour minimum for this service and a mileage fee applies when we go to you.
Virtual - While on conference, we log into your computer through a remote service or you may log into ours if you do not have your own QuickBooks file. Training is customized to your specific needs, industry, and desired results. There is a 1-hour minimum for the initial training session.
Pre-payment is required with a credit card or Paypal. If you do not have QuickBooks software or data, we will provide both for customized training.
